Exchanges: We will gladly exchange your merchandise within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Please provide your order number, the items you are exchanging and reason for the exchange. We will only accept items for exchange that are new and unused.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend you send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as FedEx or UPS (be sure to retain your tracking receipt for future reference). Daisy’s Pet Supplies, LLC is not responsible for lost shipments.
